This have been discused on the forum so you might find more info if you search. But I belive moste have found that they get best idle and tipinn with alternating conection (1,5,3-6,4,2) and as many squirts as they can use limited by the injection time at idle.

Also I'd be leary about doing business with anny company stating that Corky Bell's "Maximum Boost" is THE tuning bible. :-)

From Ford's Engine Installation and Tuning Tips:

"Fuel should be pushed through the fuel filter.
Pulling fuel through a filter can cause cavitation."

You should have a coarse (100micron) filter before the pump, and a paper element (10micron) high pressure filter after the pump.

If done correctly the solder joints shouldn't take any stress or movement. All stress and movement should be taken by the rubber collar on the DB37.

I see that in the calcs CFM is used. How would one calc this for a supercharged engine, would the Pressure Ratio affect the # used for the calcs? Or should the uncompressed CFM be use?
