Bosch hose end connector

Post by bmacf »

Hello, I'm using a Fiat FI setup to squirt my previously carbureted Fiat Spider. The carbureted fuel lines need to be swapped out - I plan to use flexible lines with AN fittings. The problem is that the Fiat intake is a barbed 8mm connector requiring 8mm hose. But I will need to convert that to AN (i.e. -6AN).

I'm having no luck finding brass 8mm barbed connectors on the web. I'm looking for something that adapts 8mm barbed to a 5/16" thread.

Does anybody have a source for these barbed connectors?

Thanks,

Actually, I just bought a 5/16" to .25 NPT barbed fuel end connector and the fit to 8mm hose is pretty good. I'm going to try that.

Thanks,
