just last night:
i scoped from the TPS ground wire (grounded back to ECU) to the signal wire (pin 22) and i could see the ignition events loud and clear. i pulled the TPS pigtail off, connected ground wire to signal wire and the TPS flutter was gone along with the false accel enrichments.
i really think it must be radiated into the wire like an antenna. intuition makes me think the signal and VREF wires should be shielded, not sure about the ground wire. i have not tried the shielding yet, i hope that fixes it.
