Do I have this correct? To convert to an EDIS-8 ignition I need two ea. -4 coil packs, 36-1 triger wheel, the VR sensor and the spark plug wires.
Do I need the EDIS-8 module when using Megasquirt 2 V3 ?

yes -- It wouldn't be an EDIS system without it. But if you ask the question can I use the stated parts and a MS to control ignition -- the answer to that is probably yes.
