bad back fire/ cutout at 4500

my 94 probe gt is cut out/back fire at 4500 im using a ms2 v3 as a standalone Im running off the cam sersen.im using a tune off my buddy car so I know its not the tune and we have tried changng spark and ve tables and still dose not change http://s67.photobucket.com/albums/h311/ ... MG1671.flv there is a vid of what it is doing any help would be great the car is n/a with stock inj im usign a accle 300+ box and coil with a modded disty cap ngk plugs gaped at .35

Using a tune from a buddy's car is not a guarantee of a good tune for your car. Have you checked your rev limiter settings? We'd probably need to see a datalog to figure out most other problems.
