runs and dies within seconds.
I can get the engine to fire relatively easy but then it dies within 3-5 seconds, and has to sit for up to 10 seconds then it would start again no problem but die again within seconds, ive messed with the VE tables, and even tried alpha-N. no difference. also I have ase cold start enrichment disabled. and the spark advance wire disconnected so it should only run on base timing. ive messed with base timing to no avail..
what can I look for?

MS-II W/spark burning E85
The sand must be punished.
Re: runs and dies within seconds.
I changed the afterstart enrichment to "disable ASE on hotstart"
so I must correct myself, I did not disable a cold start enrich, is there such thing?
I just skimmed through the megamanual and saw this:
"If the engine starts but dies after more than several seconds or minutes, then you need to adjust your warm-up enrichment."
so I must have skipped that step, however is it called something different in megatune 2.25+? i cant find a warm up enrichment table anywhere, a warm-up wizard is about it.
and cracking the throttle made no difference, maybe even worse. no throttle at all would seem to keep it running slightly longer.
I will investigate this WUE.. just gotta find it in megatune.. someone lend a pointing finger?
Re: runs and dies within seconds.
In that table, as described in the manual, should I change ASE cold AND ASE hot percent to 20 or 30% AND ASE cold count and ASE hot count (cycles) to 200 as well? or just the cold settings?
right now there is a zero in all boxes.
