My VR sensor has 2 wires and the shield. Is it correct to connect the signal wire to pin 24, ground to pin 19 (with the other sensor ground) and the shield to pin 2 of the DB37?
I have a MSII on a V3.57.

That would work. There's several other possible ways, but if your harness allows this I would expect your wiring to work well.

I have another question. I don’t know if my IAC is a fast idle or a PWM idle but I think the wiring is the same isn't it? How should I know what it is? Beyond that, I suppose that stock V3.57 can directly control this two IAC?!

On/off ones are usually relay controlled; PWM ones aren't. A good rule of thumb is it's on/off if you feel a sharp RPM drop when it's warming up, and if it idles down gradually it's likely PWM.

Ok... But the problem is that I got one from the damaged car and I didn’t saw it running. And what about the V3.57... what do you think?

It's is from a GM 2.0 16v. Meanwhile I got the electrical sheet of that car and the IAC gets 12V from the main relay. The picture is in attach…

Yep,that's a PWM type Idle Valve,if you can see + or- marked near the terminals then it'll be fitted with an internal diode so CONNECT CORRECTLY or it's toast,if not you should fit a diode in the circuit (flyback)...

By the reading in the V3.57 introduction I suppose that this Board already has that diode and it also supports high current from the IAC:
"The fuel pump and fast idle solenoid outputs are now driven by a power driver IC (Integrated Circuit) from ST, the VNS3NV04D. This device will drive up to 3.5 amps continuous and has a clamp voltage of 40V.
On the fast idle output there is a diode hat minimizes power dissipation on the driver chip for PWM fast idle applications. "
