Continuing challenges with cold starts

If your question is about troubleshooting, configuration, or tuning, you MUST include your processor type (MS-I or MS-II) and code version in your post. Edit: Oh...I see. What kind of injectors are you using? WHat kind of ingtion system are you using?
Edit number 2: I can't view your msg, not MT on this computer. ...WHat is the error tollarence set to in the ingtion settings....yo ushould have 3 levels...Cranking, afterstart, and running. What is the after start number?

I am also in the dark on these, and can't seem to find a clear explanation anywhere.
