Malfunction and found flashing light on V3.57 board

I found malfunction on my Megasquirt. After I connect 12-volt supply, there are flashing on D14, D15, D16 light.
and also noise on relay board. Megatune can not detect the signal.
First, I try to reload embeded code, but found this message.

I afraid my Megasquirt is broken, do you have any recommend.

Try running the Port Check program, does it respond to that at all?

There are 2 ports available, com1 and com2. I connected megasquirt to Megastim and selected com1, it showed success.

However the problem still exist. It look like Megasquirt is turn-on and off repeatedly, I can also hear the sound like when megasquirt is power after connecting to relay board.

This sounds like you just haven't set the ECU Type after a new download. What happens is it makes the rpm go up and down and turns the fuel pump on and off - that may be what you hear on the relay board. So there may not have been anything wrong. But now you have to get your code to download correctly again. Then under the first menu you will see a General menu. Open it and set the correct ECU type, then everything will spring to life. This is done to protect your coils and injectors.

Make sure you have set the bootload jumper and do everything exactly like you did the first time when it loaded successfully. If it still doesn't work, do what Matt said and run the port check program.

Thank for your help, as running portcheck program and found 2 comports. I selected a corresponding comport and proceed download again. And suddenly, program showed verify and done loading a new code. The problem can be fixed and finally i can use Megasquirt.

As last post, I could't do downloading a code, so I'm not able to solve the problem.
