Hi, I'm doing my homework about installing my MS-II PCB3.0 V2.6 on a Mazda Protege 1.6 Turbo and I really don't know what should i do with the ignition system. OME is a dual coil pack on plug driven by the PCM. The MS-II has a single ignition output signal. Is the easiest way to do that is using EDIS4 module ? or modify the circuitry on board like there www.microsquirt.info/dualspark.htm : Dual spark and MS-II ?

If that's like the US spec 1.6, it would be using Ford engine management, so EDIS would be the obvious choice. I'm not sure on versions sold in other markets.
