IAC messing with volt signal

IAC messing with volt signal
now, my standalone gauge is showing 14.1 so my thinking is that the IAC valve is pulling down the volts at the relay board but the alternator is not sensing it.
how do I fix this? I know there is some voltage based compensation and Id rather not have any compensation
