step #70 pwm flyback

Post by oldschevy »

i am little confused. i am planning on using and iac valve from a jeep 4 liter. i skipped step 69 but not sure if step 70 is something needed or just part of step 69. i have gotten this far with my only problem with testing being a bad led on the jimstim when assembling it.

i plan to use a hei distributor until a later date when i can get around to maybe doing a edis pack.
boot is ms2 extra 2.1.1 beta 20090815.
thx

This is a separate step, and I would install it unless you have a very good reason not to.

The circuit in Step 70 absorbs voltage spikes when the injectors turn off.
