Can a vw throttle body with tps be used?

Can a vw throttle body with tps be used?

An a oem vw throttle body be used for a v3.0 board? Or does it have to be GM?

Any TB can be used; just calibrate the TPS once you've got it all hooked up!

As long as it's a cable operated one... the later 1.8T's with drive by wire are a pain.

Also, don't be confused by the 88-92 throttle bodies with the 3 wire connector with two switches (idle/wot) attached. VW tb's from auto cars of those years, as well as 92-95 aba or VR6 are good choices.
