O2 input not reading!

Post by mdp1325 »

Hello,

I just built a MS-2 V3.0 for a 2G DSM 4G63. Using Tuner Studio for tuning. Everything works, engine starts, all the gauges are OK, but my O2 sensor is not reading. I tried downloading the firmware, calibrating the AFR table, selected different sensor and even setting my own AFR values;. I tested the AEM wideband with an multimeter and the output is OK. The problem is the that the MS is not reading. Looks like the MS is not reading anything. No matter what I do, the gauge stays in 10AFR in AFR gauge style and 0.0V in O2 sensor gauge style.

The problem again: MS is not reading voltage for the O2 sensor wire.

Is there any ways to test the MS board?

OK, issue solved!
Calibrating the WB sensor needs to be done with the engine OFF, I did that. But when testing the sensor, the engine should be ON and running. This is the only way the O2 sensor gauge will work.

Thank you,
