90 Corrado Wiring diagram.. can someone look it over?

Post by evildorito »

Hello everyone.. I'm itching to get my MSII v3.0 on my corrado.. everything is prepped and ready to go.. Wiring is proving to be more of a challenge than I was hoping for and after searching and reading the forums, I have come up with a wiring diagram, but it is not 100% Would anyone be able to look it over and let me know if everything looks alright? Also.. the diagram off of DIY calls for fuses, now.. can i just add a fusable link in between the wires where it calls for? my original ECU did not require any fuses, only one for the Idle Stabilizer Valve, everything was ran by the "digifant control unit relay" which i named "main relay" on the diagram...

I included the pictures of the corresponding pages of the manual from the stock wiring as well for reference..

Thanks for looking!

Just a couple of comments - you're showing the sensors going to ground. They should all be wired back to the same ground point at the MS unit, as per the MS diagram. Also, consider a wideband o2 sensor which needs an additional controller. Tuning without one will be much more difficult.

Yes, I have a wideband 02 with a gauge, will be wiring to the mega squirt... Now pins 7-9 and 17-19 are grounds, should I use those and wire the sensors to the mega squirt? What I mean is for example the AIT sensor, should I wire not only pin #20 to the ecu but also the ground to either wire that's labeled as a ground on the megasquirt?
