Help me

Post by practician »

Hello. I want to use megasquirt system, but can't find some info about sensors.
For example: if i connect to megasquirt ignition only, what sensors do i need?
Or squirt only.
Can someone help me?
sorry for my bad English

The V3.0 wiring diagram on this page shows the standard sensors it would be using for fuel and ignition:

http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mwire.htm

The MAP sensor, being inside the MS, isn't shown. A fuel-only setup could use the V2.2 diagram instead, while an ignition-only setup can omit the IAT, CLT, O2, and TPS sensors.

Thanks very much,
One question more:
Why isn't camshaft position sensor on picture (External Wiring)?
Is it not necessary?

It is shown as getting the tach signal from the coil. Other ignition systems are covered separately.
