MS2 V3.0
Bench testing flex fuel sensor w/stim

MegaTune Ethanol Percentage Gauge reads
13% w/E10
-48% w/E85

E85 Correction Gauge reads
108% w/E10
70% w/E85

Any suggestions?

Nothing obviously wrong that I could see - do you have any way of checking the sensor?

Do not know how to check
It's a new sensor

Do you have an oscilloscope or a frequency meter?

Sorry, I can't think of another way to tell what signal it's sending, and it wouldn't be easy to set up a simulated signal.

Just a couple of thoughts for a low tech way to get a rough idea of the sensor signal.
Take it for what you paid for it.

I would think that a high impedance earbud would let you listen in to the frequency component which is related to the ethanol content.
IIRC 50HZ is no ethanol and 150HZ is 100% ethanol.
There are freebe online audio oscillator's that use your PC & sound card so you could use one of them to get close to what frequency is present from the sensor with comparison by ear.

Another possible way would be to send the signal to a sound card imput and use some open source audio oscilloscope software.
But I would probably use a resistor bridge made up of a potentiometer in series and a resistor in parallel after it between the sensor and the sound card to make sure you do not overload it.
With this method you should also be able to look at the pulse width.
