Hello!
I have problems with my ms2! I have soldered it together my self (this is not my strongest side but want to learn) and got it to work with the stim and on the computer, so i thought it was ok!
But no. When i plug it in the car nothing happend, the fuel pump will not start. I started troubleshoting and found out that i got a + signal from the 37 pin on db37...
And i looked on the pcb i discover that i had turned Q10,Q13,Q14 og Q15 the wrong way around!(dont know how i could do that)
But if that not enough i drilled the holes becouse the holes was full of tin... Then the real truble came!
But i found this page with the shematics of the v3.0 board: http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/pcb.htm
and have now soldered the transistors in with wire directly to the connectling points... (new ones)
And now it wount connect with my computer at al!?!? Any one that have any idea of what it can be?
I am using the internal usb adapter, and the red light on it is flashing slowly... And i`m get error when i try to load the software on to it!

Drilling the through holes was probably not the best idea. You can use solder wick to remove the solder but I would suspect that the board is most likely damaged now.
I use solder wick combined with a round, hard tooth pick for removing solder from pcb's, which works quite well.
Let's see what the experts say but IMHO the board is probably not repairable.

All is not lost.
The board can be fixed, but it might be challenging without experience.
Since V 3.0 is a four layer board, it's possible you shorted power and ground layers with the drill. Check resistance between power and ground to make sure there is no short.
It's also possible you shorted power or ground to one of the signal wires on the pads that were drilled. It's also likely there is no connection between power/ground to one of those pads when there should be.
Worst case, you will have to remove the parts where holes were drilled properly using solder wick or a solder sucker, carefully drill the holes again, check for shorts and jumper wires as needed to make good connections.
Find a friend with good electronics experience.
