need help with install wiring

I have now tried two different distributors from which i get the same reading from the vr sensor, 3 different ignition modules,
checked wiring multiple times, double checked ignition settings, tried different hei mods, MS works fine on stim, went back through the v3 main board build and rechecked polarity and orientation checked continuity of traces and i have power where i should i have gone through the trouble shooting guide and checked everything it suggests, i have cleaned the board of flux residuebut still cannot get any rpm in MT or explain why it started that ONE time!!! could excessive noise cancel out the tach signal would an audio filter on the switched 12v going to the relay board help? im pretty open to suggestions at this point

ok so this may or may not be a problem it seems that with the key on, and the connector that goes to the +C side of the module unplugged i have 12v on the +pin of the connectorwhich is connected to switched 12v and 10.8v on the C pin of the connector which goes to the white wire of the msd, is the right? I wouldn't think the white msd wire should have power coming from the msd, i thought that wire recieved a signal....

FINALLY!!!... I got it to start and idle till it warmed up. I had to disconnect the Bwire from the distributor (which I have wired to Vref on the relay board) to get rpm in MT if I plug it back in I get no rpm while cranking, is there anything ON the relay board I can run this wire to that is not hot while cranking? Or how to i configure the computer to allow me to start the car while this wire is plugged in ?
