Hel[ with kettering system

Post by ctchme »

Hey guys, have decided to go away from the quad coil setup, just seems a bit to complex for me atm, I was reading the megamanual earlier on how to set up ms2 on a kettering system, and admit i am still a bit confused, would i be getting a trigger from the cas and controlling the coil directly? or what??

Strictly speaking Kettering refers to points ignition. Which will include the mapping via a mechanical advance. So if retaining that, all that's needed is a tach feed from that to MS (from the coil) which then controls fuel only.
