fuel pump pulses

Post by byron4321 »

I recently assembled a MSII (v3.0) and had everything working. Yesterday, I had the MSII on the bench when suddenly it quit working. When I plug in the Sim (v2.21) The IG led lights up solid, and the PMP light blinks. I put the MSII back in my car and it just cycles the Fuel Pump (just like the sim). If anyone has any suggestions as to what might have happened, I would really apprecaite it.
(The MSII was working in the car and on the bench just prior to this happening.. Had to reboot my PC and change battery on Sim, then when I pluged the Sim back in, the MSII started acting like stated above.)

What firmware are you running? This is usually a sign of a config error - in B&G code, that is normally setting the ECU type to an invalid number.
