Datalog header?

I have looked all over Google, my Megamanual, Megatune help file, MSTweak3000 help file, and just in general banged my head against the wall trying to figure out WHAT header I need in my datalog file for MSTweak3000 to be able to use it. I'm running MS-1 ver 2.2, have had the car running for 5 years now, all the while tuning by seat of the pants with a narrow band O2. If someone could at least point me in the right direction I would be grateful, thanks!

It might be easier to just go with MegaLogViewer's VE Analyze feature at this point; I'm not sure how many people still use MSTweak 3000.
