Need some help, I have a new stock ECU tuned by madtuner.
While cruising on pretty well tuned VE table, car feels great and no issues.
When blipping the throttle to 3k or driving and opening the throttle from say 15%-50% or so, the car coughs and lets out a slight backfire. NOW, I didn't realize that I have AE turned off. Is this slightbackfire normal or does it sound like my tuner left in too much advance?
I will add in the AE, using more MAP dot b/c I have a blower and large LT1 throttle body and let you know if this helps matters.
Any advice in the meantime is great!

By your description, "stock ECU", are you saying it is OEM or MS?

Sorry, I have the stock ecu controlling timing, and MS2 V3 running fuel and fans. I couldn't get the GM DIS to cooperate with MS running both fuel and spark.
I had madtuner do some work on the factory timing table to pull some out for 6lbs of boost.

Having no AE would result in the symptoms you describe (hesitation or a miss/backfire) when quickly opening the throttle from a mostly closed position.
