Is there a build tread forum?
I was going to just post to my truck club forum. However I think I will get limited response or support.

I understand your point, but there's really not much of that here that I've ever seen. There's the msruns.com site where the old Success Stories went (not sure why mine got deleted, tho). You're sort of going to have two sides to this -- the MS functionality side (getting the wiring right so that you see RPM and can properly affect timing changes) and there's the tuning side of it (how much advance should your particular truck use in any given condition). Your truck forum guys will likely be a better source for the latter.

I've been curious how much improvement there is to be had on a carb motor with adjustable computer controlled timing. Looking forward to hearing your results.

Yeah,
I image I will lose them in the build of the ecm and the wiring. However there are a few that I think will be extremely helpful when it comes to tuning aspect.
