Do I need a swirl tank?

For discussing injector selection,manifold modifications, throttle bodies, fuel supply system design and construction, and FIdle valves and IACs.

It depends. I had a EFI converted truck without one, and it worked fine as long as I kept the tank full. Even at that, every once in a while, even with half a tank, I starved the pump here and there, and I think it ruined the pump. I have a surge tank on it now, and no more problems. I have been making them with old A/C dryers. Free with a little bit of welding!!
