I wouldn't usually be concerned but they seem to be really loud.
I hate to be redundant, but I would
not be too concerned about that! Particularly when you say the engine "runs very well". FWIW, I have heard
many injectors that are quite noisy.
I tried changing the injector open time but as I increase the number above 1 it just starts running really rich.
That would be expected IMO. Leave the dead time at 1ms unless, of course, you know the actual dead time of your injectors!
Per my post above..... Set the PWM Current Limit to 100% and leave it there!
Your attempt to
tune the noise out simply will not work IMO!
I think it would help if you posted a log of the engine running as it is now.
Opinions may vary on this, but I would
definitely not spend the money for other injectors just yet.
