I have a V3 board with MS2 chip running the duel Baro sensor (Mapdaddy)
I have calibrated it as per DIYAutoTune website, at rest the Map and Barro are reading 107 /108 kPa.
Any suggestions on calibration or is this right?

What is your altitude? At sea level, those numbers wouldn't be exceedingly high.
