to much fuel for turbo 3tc
My issue is I have fuel and spark but its not turning on I think due to too much fuel I took out the spark plug and it had a drop of fuel dripping off the spark plug. The cumbestion chamber smells like fuel and still won't turn on.
I have tunerstudio
Engine 1.9l ohv engine .
Injectors are rc1200cc's.
Spark edis 4 coil .
Spark plugs ngk's .
I have no cold start stuff.
I have iat sensor ,map sensor ,tps ,clt ,o2
What am I not doing right is it my pulse width or spark timing bc I dosnt even sputter at all

When you post a reply, you will find the Upload Attachment tab a bit below the reply window. Posting is pretty straight forward from there.
Hope that helps.

EDIT: BTW I meant the second line in my first post.... Regarding posting logs, msq, etc.

is this the file page you speak of DonTZ125 or is it another my bad on the timing i have been in a complete mix-up of things here at home but thank you for your patience.DonTZ125 wrote:The tune file that you modify with TunerStudio and then burn to your MS has a .msq extension; if you upload it as an attachment to your message, we can look at it and see if there's anything obviously odd that might be causing these issues.

Re: to much fuel for turbo 3tc
Displacement = 16 cu. in.
Injector flow Rate = 48 g/s
Injector Open Time = .1 ms
Required Fuel = 1.9 ms
All of which seem a bit odd, but of course that could just be my misunderstanding...........
Did I understand correctly that this is EDIS4 ignition?

Re: to much fuel for turbo 3tc
Under Injection Control:
Required Fuel = 2.7
Under General Settings:
Engine displacement = 115.9
Injector Flow Rate = .005 (This is the one item I am not dead sure of, but if my calculator is correct 1200 cc/min equals .005 gallons/sec)
Under Injector Characteristics:
Injector Open time = 1
Hope that helps...........

Guys,1200 cc/min equals .005 gallons/sec
Injector flow rate is in grams per second. See: http://www.megamanual.com/mt29.htm#sg (or hit the F1 key while on that menu and you are connected to the internet)

I did try to qualify that in my post though....
Apologies for the misinformation! I will recalculate............(This is the one item I am not dead sure of, but if my calculator is correct 1200 cc/min equals .005 gallons/sec)
