Timing during start up

Post by Keith1365 »

I have a question with spark timing on start up. I recently converted to spark also after running fuel only for year. The car runs ok but is hard starting. Not sure if I have the initial spark timing set up right. It is not reading any spark advance until the car fires. Cranks a long time and kicks back. Used to start up instantly when using just the distributor. MSQ attached.

Try a trigger angle of 69 instead of -21 and see if that helps.
