Using DIYAuto crank sensor with MicroSquirt 2.2

Using DIYAuto crank sensor with MicroSquirt 2.2

Hello,

I am converting a BMW M10 4-cylinder engine over to EFI using a MicroSquirt V2.2M board integrated into a PNP style box by Stratified. Most of the wiring is very straight forward, but I am confused about how to connect the DIYAutoTune hall effect crank sensor (at link) I was planning to use. Does this diagram make sense for this combination:

Below is an image of the MicroSquirt board in the Stratified box:

Nothing I've found to read about using this crank sensor with the MicroSquirt 2.2 clarifies the problem for me.
