big afr swings

Note: Swapping injectors isn't an option for me. I'd like to determine why this is happening and reconfigure the MS II to solve.

sorry i missed this reply, In my situation the combination of going to a progressive throttle opening on a 4 barrel and smaller injectors cured it for me, I see you can't change injectors but maybe you can modify your throttle linkage...anyhow that's what worked for me.

Under the Tools menu have you calibrated your AFR to match your LC1?

It looks almost like a narrowband pattern and while you are quickly swinging from lean to rich at steady state, it seems you are not close to reading the full range of the LC1 output.
