How to connect triangel Ford VSS (~1993, AB 9E731 AA) plug?

Hello,
I've got a Ford VSS which was mounted originally in a 1.4l EDIS Escort (~1993).
The plug/(socket) is triangel shaped and labeled: 13|03|92 AB 9E731 AA
The colors are:
wire - plug -- socket - wire
yellow -- brown/white
brown -- brown
black -- black
How should I connect the pins to Gnd, +12/5V, and which is the sensor signal?
I don't know why but I thought VSS produces a voltage dependig on rpm.
But when I read MSnSExtra manual antirev.html it looks that those sensors produce a frquency (like a toothwheel).
Do you know how many pulses per cycle are generated?
Thank you

EDIT: Sorry typo - it's too late.....
