Any considerations concerning pairing of injectors on 5.0 Ford V8? Any issues with fuel pressure?

I'd split the banks across the fuel rails, so run two injectors from each rail on one bank, and the rest on the other, then alternate the pulses. This will help reduce the pressure drop in each rail when the injectors fire. This isn't usually an issue unless your on the ragged edge of your fuel systems capabilities but it's the better route to go...

It's exactly right though, you could also do every other on each side but the two in the middle, two on the outside approach will work fine.

Im a megasquirt noob, and a novice electrician. Running Megasquirt I with V3 board. I have a 5.0 Mustang GT 302 Engine.

So let me get this straight, on the megasquirt board we get 2 lines out for alternating the firing of the injectors. With this in mind we have a 4 injector firing cycle (aka 2 cylinders from each side firing at the same time through a cycle of 4). How do we wire the spark plugs so that they shoot off at appropriate times as well. Or does it matter? Can you leave the spark plugs the way they are?

Ignition is a different topic altogether-- you'll either need a distributor (such as the Ford TFI ignition system) or a distributorless system (such as the Ford EDIS system). Both can be easily controlled with the MS.
