I looked around for a good "how to" on useing my OEM map, and setting it up on my jeep, with Ms2 but no go I beleive it has a Gm map on it,
I have not pulled it and looked at it, I did try the diffrent ini files
for GM maps but no go, The kPa was way low
Is there any info on this
Thanks

Hello Kent H.,
Doh!

Thanks for the reply David
I have my VE and spark maps ie (tables) pretty good.
I am trying to make this as close to a plug and play as possible.
I have everything worked out except the map=M_anifold A_bsolute P_ressure sensor and my cruise control.
No I'm talking about the OEM M_anifold A_bsolute P_ressure sensor.
I see in megatune 2,25pl that there is a sensor calibration for
a M.A.P.= M_anifold A_bsolute P_ressure sensor etc.
Can I use this like the the Thermistor calibrator or is this
(sensor calibration) only for a second sensor.

You can only enter the kPa-values at 0V and 5V, so at the limits. But as you cannot measure those you'll have to interpolate.
I have a setup with a 1 Bar GM sensor. Look at
this page to find out what kind of MAP you have and whether its sufficient for your needs or not. If you want to keep the stock engine it of course is, if you want to use a turbo or modify boost then it might be not.
If you have a 1 Bar map I can give you the values for Megatune. If you have a spare port you can use the MS2-MAP for baro correction. You just have to rewire it.

Well , I pulled the map sensor and it is a GM map sensor
stamp pn # 153
1 bar I would guess . engine is N/a
anyone have a kPa to volt chart for this.

I think it might be the same as my 039 then. Try 9.1kPa at 0V, 105.2kPa at 5V. Enter that in Megatune at Tools / Sensor Calibration / MAP sensor

Thanks , I will give it a try.
