Using PWM IAC and spare ports IAC1,IAC2

Hello,
I have never posted on a forum before, so please bear with me. My question is regarding the use of the PWM IAC using the FIdle output while simultaneously using IAC1 and IAC2 spare ports to control fan relays. I have the car idling and the Bosch PWM two-wire valve I am using works fine as I have made the required adjustments to the board and selected the 'PWM Warmup' option for the idle control algorithm as specified in the megamanual.
In the megamanual index section regarding the use of spare ports it is indicated that if choosing to use IAC1 and IAC2, that is PT6 and PT7, then be sure to set the idle control algorithm to 'none'. Obviously I cannot set the idle control algorithm to 'none' or my PWM valve will not work.
So my question is this: Can I leave the idle control algorithm set to 'PWM Warmup' (which uses PM2), and still utilize IAC1/IAC2 (which use PT6/PT7) as spare ports to operate fan relays as long as I have the appropriate jumpers installed on the board to bring PT6 and PT7 out to the DB37 connector?
