I usually use old ones but send them out to be cleaned and flow rated. It's much less expensive than new and I've never had a problem.

I've used http://www.rceng.com/service.htm several times without any concerns but now use a shop local to me to reduce turnaround time. There's a bunch of places that do this. If they're charging more than about $25 apiece they're ripping you off, IMHO, so beware.

I clean mine myself. I put a connector on the injector then put them in a plastic zip lock bag filled with techron and run the wire out of the bag. I submerge the bag in my ultrasonic cleaner while I continuously pulse the injector. I have done 3 sets of 8 injectors so far and all of the injectors work great.

I generally pull the hat and O-rings off before cleaning them.

When you put the hats back on they slip on a lot better if you put the hats in boiling water for a minute before hand to soften the plastic. (I have split many injector hats before I learned this trick).
