Injector Wiring

It seems that my injectors for cylinders 1&4 and 2&3 have to be wired together, but wont this make my engine use twice as much fuel as it needs, if my firing order is 1-2-4-3? Doesn't this mean that when 1 fires at the right time, 4 fires when its on its exhaust stroke, because they're wired together?

Yup, that is the way it works. You do have them wired correctly btw. Even though one of the injectors is always squirting at a closed valve, the gas doesn't go away. It stays in the intake runner and gets sucked in on the next intake stroke. The X-Tau accel enrichment works on the concept that some of the fuel in the intake stays as a liquid on the walls and the back side of the valve. As the valve opens, the drop in pressure vaporizes some of that fuel.
On a 4-cyl, you should try running 4 squirts alternating, or 4 squirts simultaneous if you can do it without getting a req fuel that is too low. Doing so will help to improve your idle.

OK, thanks, i just wanted to make sure.
And what do you mean, just try the different settings, and see which one works better?

If you haven't done a lot of tuning work yet, then yes, I would try the different settings. If you have a fully tuned VE map with your current injector settings, and you are happy with your idle, then I wouldn't bother. Changing these injector settings will also require a change to the Req_Fuel and to the VE map. I'd only do it if my idle was crappy or if I was just starting out in the tuning process.
