IN and OUT fuel fittings GM TBI

I have a GM TBI fron a 1990 5.7L GM pickup. Nothing in the local bins seems to fit the fuel line threads on the pressure regulator.

The fuel line fittings are missing and I dont want to buy the entire fuel line from GM.

I have a two page listing of fittings (cant remember where I downloaded it from) that mentions Earls fittings and Weatherhead fittings and Saginaw. The prices are very reasonable.

BUT....it doesnt mention where one could find these. The local shops have guys that can only respond if you give them a car model and year and cannot respond at all if you have only a manufactures name and number.

I also read somewhere that there is a "Help!" kit somewhere that has both of those fittings in it. BUT the local stores Help! selection does not have this one and they dont have a catalog of the kits that are available but not stocked!

Anyone know the number of that Help! kit?

If I remember right GM went to metric fittings and you can use this adapter or other brand I think there is 1,14mm and 1,16 mm fitting.

I have a holley unit. I ordered the 16 mm unit and couldn't get it to work, if it doesn't work for you take a look at this guys setup it worked for me.

If you take a look at his throttle body set up he has the fitting you need and the part numbers. http://z28boy.cz28.com/main.htm

I just ordered some for mine. Earls part #991954ERL for -6 to 14mm-1.5. It will say its for powersteering but it will still work. The other part # 991944ERL is -6 to 12 mm this is for a weber carb but it should work for the return. Mine both work I just don't have my system installed.

Hope this helps,

Colter
