VW Toothed wheel set-up

Post by Ian Thompson »

Does anybody know what tooth VW put their VR sensor at on their 1.8 turbo petrol engines? I know it is a 60-2 wheel.

Thanks, Ian

IIRC, it's the 14th tooth.

No, unfortunately 14 isn't correct, anyone else care to try a guess?

On my ABA that I am wiring up it's either the 13th or 14th tooth. as near as i can tell tdc on #1 is the gap between. the 1.8 should be the same.
