EDIS-6 module output
Re: EDIS-6 module output
Just swap the VR wires and retry the spark.
If spark improves , great. If not swap back to original polarity.
Second problem can be that the EDIS module really needs resistor plugs and/or wires in the HT circuit
to work well. And clean plugs.
Make sure that each sparkplug + plug lead is more than 5 kOhms.
Try to get a good spark by and watch the spark directly on the plugs in air .
EDIS and timing lights also a bit tricky- Many inductive clamp timing lights only work on one
of the plugs in a pair, regardless how the sensor is clamped on.
Then find out which lead in a pair the timing light fires on .
Good luck
