-6 fuel rail for respaced GSXR600 throttle bodies

I have respaced my GSXR600 throttle bodies and intend to use some -6 alloy fuel rail, which has a bore of ½"inch.

Inorder to use some -6JIC fittings for both open ends, what thread size is best to machine into the ends of the rail?
I am thinking either 3/8"BSP or NPT, or alternately M12. Anything smaller the ½" bore will be too big.
Adapters are available in all these sizes for -6JIC fittings.

Also does anybody know the correct hole size to be drilled for the suzuki fuel injectors? I measure them at 10.8mm diameter.

Thanks,
Mike.

I used, and would recommend using, a 3/8NPT, if the .5781 minor diameter hole is not too big.

I'll need you to clarify this before I can help.

Depends on where you measured them.
If it is at the base diameter, (where the o-ring goes), I believe 11MM. is the size you are looking for.

Thanks for the reply, that helps.
Regarding the 1/2" bore, I believe anything smaller than 3/8"NPT tapped into the end will not be possible due to no metal for the thread.
Cheers,
Mike

Are you going to run a 3/8 NPT tap into the end of a tube? I'm just trying to understand what you are making. What is the wall thickness of the tube?
