Nissan FJ20 Ignition wheel type

Does anyone know, what kind of Ignition system a Nissan FJ20 has?
I know that is a Hall sensor because I can see 4 cables getting out of the distributor, but I want to know what kind of wheel or trigger mechanism have inside. I have a chance to take a look but the FJ20 ignition/distributor have a plate at the top and don’t let me see inside.
It is compatible with the code we have now?

It's probably the same arrangement as found in our 240 SX Megasquirt guide. But it's hard for me to get information about engines not sold in the US, so I cannot tell for sure.

Thank you Matt for the information, I think that have a regular wheel with a hall sensor, I will post my findings after this weekend.
