The coil packs have 3 inputs, labled C B A. I assume that the inputs are the same as just about every other 3 input packs, switched 12V to the center and the triggers on either side? They came from a 2.2L Isuzu Rodeo Opel from '99.

Quite likely. An ohmmeter check will probably turn up which terminal is which.
