MS or MSII for single cyl propane application?

Hello all,
It has been a long time since posting. I have built a MSII for a Corvette engine project which is on hold. Now I am in engineering school and have taken on a senior design project which is using a 2.5 hp single cylinder engine converted over to propane. I have made the choice to use MS for the project but am tryingto decide on which MS to use.

Details on the engine.
2.5 Hp
single cylinder
4 stroke
Ignition will be controlled by the stock system.
will need control to turn on the electric cut-off on the propane regulator

Are there any concerns for using the MS1 system over the MSII?

The main concern would be accuracy of ignition with a 1 cylinder, but since this is for fueling only, MS1 should be fine. The only thing you wouldn't be able to do is control the start of fuel timing.

Can I please get clarification on "control the start of fuel timing".

Am I going to want to use a trigger wheel and a VR sensor?
Is the MS1 with the PCB3.0 the setup I want to go with?

As Al indicates, for fuel the precise injection point is not super critical, especially for a 1-cyl propane. You can trigger off of the ignition pulse.
