Here's how to upload files: Below the Save - Preview - Submit buttons, you will find a pair of tabs marked "Options" and "Attachments."
Click the Attachments tab.
Click the "Add Files" box.
A file open dialog box will pop up. Select the file, then click Open.
Fill in the comments if any. Click on "place Inline" to include it in your post
Repeat this to add more files. Once you have these all attached, you can enter your post and the files will be attached.

I am following the upload instructions but my file does not appear to be uploading. I am going to try and uploaded my msq in this message.

Thanks for pointing out the issue. I think its fixed now.
