The O2 sampling is keyed to the RPM signal, so you'll need to get an RPM before that responds. What sort of Stim are you using?

It sounds like you have the ignition input circuit built correctly.

All Pro-Jections I have seen are low impedance. Easiest way to know for sure is to check them with an ohmmeter.
