EDIS requires a 36-1 wheel, so the stock sensors are not an option, but if you can get a Ford style wheel on your crank it's pretty easy to set up.

Right now MegaSquirt does not control I-VTEC, so you'd need to either use the stock ECU for that or lock it out.

And by locking out you mean turning this fuction off?

why lock out the VTEC when megasquirt website said you need to add a VTEC control circuit to the MS2 or MS1 and it will work???? i m lost now.

I-VTEC and regular VTEC are very different. I-VTEC is continuously variable, and supported by MS3 only (see MSExtra.com for MS3 discussion). Regular VTEC is just on/off.
