I am running megasquirt 1 v3.0 and my injectors are staying open and filling the cylinders with gas. I am running high ohm injectors and have set up the constant according to the manal. i believe the settings are correct. The computer was used to start and have the same kind of car idle before it was shipped to me. I ordered a new injector driver and q1 and q5 on the board since this is what i believe controls the injectors.
i would really apreciate some advice and troubleshooting steps from someone a little more familiar with megasquirt. than

Check it on the Stim. Do the injector output LEDs blink on and off, or are they stuck on permanently?

i do not have a stim because it is wired directly into the factory harness conector. i am not sure how i could get the stim to be functional unless i hard wired a plug into the main board

Mark--
Don't know if you've resolved the problem yet, but this info may be of use:
Are the injectors staying open when the engine is OFF? The MegaManual says this is a normal characteristic, in that the injector driver transistors are in a "undertermined" state at power off. This is why you wire the +12v feed to the injectors to a "live only while running" circuit. Most people use a "main relay" which is triggered from the "run" position of the key switch and supplies power for both the injectors and the MegaSquirt ECU.
If they are staying open while the engine is running (not sure how the engine could even run if the injectors are pouring fuel in at 100% duty cycle) then yes, there's probably a bad circuit in the MegaSquirt or something has been mis-wired. Not to mention you'll probably burn out the coils in your injectors in short order.
