Did I screw up my DB-37 connector?

When I hooked up the wires for injector 1 I didn't make sure pin 32 went to pin 32 and pin 33 went to pin 33 just beause I figured they go to the same place? What i did was hook up pin 32 to pin 33 ans pin 33 to pin 32. Now I have am having second thoughts and I am paranoid. I did the same thing for injector 2 circuit...
My other problem is with pins 3,4,5,6 for the can bus high and low. The MS page says to only connect the wires on the MS ECU side but I got tan rsautosport harness assembled on one side with these wires already attached. They say the relay board side is the side with 5 extra grounds hanging off of it and should they go to engine ground on the relay board or the engine itself? So did they assemble it wrong? Did I get a v3.0 harness? I didnt connect wires 3,4,5,6 just covered them with shrink tubue and left them open on the ecu side instead.
My last question is when I jump xg1 to xg2 for a hall sender do I need to do anything else to the board?
