i am also converting a honda gx engine, but instead of the gx35 you are using i am using the gx25 . I assume you are using it for the shell eco marathon?
I have used the tech edge 2co wide band exhaust sensor attached to a custom exhaust.
I have fiat air temp sensor(purchased from ebay £0.99) epoxyed into a small mini moto K&N style air filter.
I machined a custom throttle body (9.5mm dia) with a TPS attached directly to the throttle spindle.
I have a 36-1 toothed wheel attached to the pull start end of the crank shaft with a vauxhall VR sensor (3 wire) . This gives rpm as well as input for the spark setting. I am using a MS1 V3 extra to run fuel and spark ,with a standard ignition coil.
I dabbled with a thermistor for the coolant temp sensor, epoxyed to one of the cylinder fins. However as the engine warms up so quickly i thought that it was a waste of time,so i removed it.
i hope this helps
